I am a relationship therapist, counsellor, and coach committed to helping couples and partners navigate love, connection, and trust. Relationships shape our lives, challenging and fulfilling us in profound ways. My role is to support you with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies to strengthen these vital connections.
My approach is direct, engaged, and collaborative—this is not a time for passive participation. We’ll actively explore the key influences shaping your relationship, from early experiences to attachment patterns and communication styles. By identifying strengths and challenges, you can create healthier patterns of connection and move toward the relationship you truly want.
I have a particular interest in relationships affected by infidelity, discernment counselling (for those unsure whether to stay or leave), and ethical non-monogamy/polyamory. These dynamics bring unique challenges, and I provide open, respectful, and flexible support tailored to your needs.
Drawing from the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Discernment Counselling, and ACT for Couples, I tailor therapy to each relationship—whether you’re deepening intimacy, managing conflict, healing from betrayal, or deciding your next steps.

- Health Coaches Association of New Zealand and Australia (HCANZA) (full registration to be conferred in March 2025)
- Discernment Counsellor [trained & certified by The Doherty Relational Institute]
- Developmental Model of Couple Therapy [training & clinical supervision provided by Couples Therapy New Zealand] (ongoing)
- Relational Life Therapy (RLT) [training by Relational Life Institute] (ongoing)
Alongside my work in private practice, I also teach part-time at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in the Bachelor of Health Science in Counselling programme.

- Relationship/Couples*: $175 per 60mins / $265 per 90mins *(+ $30/pp for more 3 or more participants)
- Discernment Counselling: $265 per 90mins / $350 per 120mins
