Anastasia Dailianis (She/Her)

I am a registered psychologist working within the counselling psychology scope, which means I take a strengths-based, holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in making meaningful, lasting change.

In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, deepen their connection, and support one another’s individual growth within the relationship. I primarily work from the Bayder-Pearson Developmental Model, which I love because it emphasises the evolving nature of relationships and the importance of personal development within a shared life.

I welcome individuals and couples from all backgrounds and cultures, including those from LGBTQI+ communities, and work with a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have a particular interest and specialization in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related concerns.

My general therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered. I predominantly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy, and integrate techniques from Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) when appropriate. Sessions are designed to meet your unique needs and include skill-building (such as emotion regulation and values clarification) alongside deeper exploration of how your past experiences have shaped your current patterns.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges, build on your strengths, and create a more fulfilling life together.
